new services available through Blepo.com, the Solution Center, and on-site
Field Support. Please read below for the new ways that Blepo has made it
possible for you, the user, to create, modify and review all tasks for our
Support Team.
Create New
Tasks & Manage Existing Tasks
Easily create and manage
tasks with the completely new and redesigned Blepo.com. Now you can create an
account, manage existing requests, and quickly submit new tasks to us without
having to log in or work within the task manager.
Live Chat
Support
The all new Blepo.com
features a live chat support allowing you to quickly contact one of our
consultants while maintainig the ability to multi-task from your office
computer. Simply log-in and one of our staff will instantly address your issue.

Submit Task
to the Solution Center
Another way to submit a task to us is via the Blepo call center. This new
center utilizes a dedicated line allowing you to call us with all your IT needs
as well as submit new tasks. The new Solution Center increases productivity and
efficiency by increasing the response time and allowing the entire support team
to focus on your task instead of a single individual.

Address after-hours emergencies and request field support visits via the
24-hour the Emergency Line by selection Option 3 at the Solutions Center.

On-site Support
"Strike Support" is now available for all IT-related issues that cannot be
addressed from the Solution Center. This support will provide faster responses
to your requests and quicker resolutions for those requests.
Most importantly, it will be more cost effective for you.
The primary duties of our Field Support team will be to handle all IT related
issues that we can not address from the Solution Center.
Schedule On-site Support
You may schedule an on-site appearance by our Field Support team by calling our
Solution Center at 817-898-0080 and selecting Option 3.
